The GoldCare training program offers a range of training options and tools that provide you with a hands-on approach to learning GoldCare. Our in-class, instructor-led sessions provide an interactive training environment where you can learn to configure and use GoldCare. Our classroom sessions are particularly beneficial to users responsible for training their colleagues, and we have "train the trainer" curriculum designed specifically for that purpose.
Online training materials such as instructional videos, FAQs and award-winning documentation augment classroom training, as well as provide valuable resources for site trainers.
The GoldCare training program and materials are designed to provide comprehensive, in-depth training for all levels of users, from system administrator to end user, so that you can begin using GoldCare quickly and competently.
The GoldCare Customer Service Centre is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive post-sales support available in the industry. We understand how integral GoldCare is to your operations, and make it our priority to help you maintain optimal system performance. Team members are experts in all areas of GoldCare, and thoroughly understand the needs of residential, community and continuing care organizations.
Should issues occur, our Customer Service Centre will work closely with your site's staff to diagnose and resolve issues as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can review system configuration, duplicate problems, and execute solutions remotely.
